AZIMUT VR is a brazilian company of technology, incubated in academic environment, oriented to content development in Animation, Virtual Reality and Cinematic VR. Its staff is composed by professionals and researchers in the field, with wide experience in motion graphics, 3D, Cinematic VR and Visual Effects development. Acting with an operational branch in Vancouver, AZIMUT VR tries to follow up closely the frequent technological advances have been joining the Visual Effects an Xtented Reality sectors, keeping close contact with the main Tech HUBs in the world. 



Alberto Moura

Undergraduate in Design at PUC-RIO, Alberto is a Cinematic VR content producer and has his Master's Degree in Cinematic VR focused studies from Creative Media Program (PPGMC-ECO/UFRJ). He built his career as a consultant and teacher in Motion Design, VFX and Movie Editor, he is also specialist in 360º videos Post Production. Currently, Alberto is a 3D and Animation teacher  at INFNET.


Ranz Ranzenberger

He has a Master's Degree in Creative Media (PPGMC-ECO/UFRJ) – Communication School (ECO) – Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Ranz graduated in Data Processing and specialized in graphic computering. He did several courses in the USA and Canada. He has been in the VFX and 3D market for over 20 years. He worked in the canadian company DISCREET (now AUTODESK M&E) coordinating the Media & Entertainment area in Brazil. Currently, he lives in Vancouver and  is the responsible supervising agent of new students at VANARTS (Vancouver Institute of Media Arts), one of the best schools of the world in this area, with year long courses in GAMES, VFX, 2D and 3D animation, Broadcast  and others.


Inês Maciel

Cinematic VR (360º videos) and Immersive Narrative content producer, Inês is responsible by research "XR Ecosystem Mapping in Brazil" launched in 2022 at <>. Her role in  VFX and Motion Graphics has its origins at her hybrid graduation in technology and arts. She is undergraduated in Design at the Arts School and has a Ph.D. in Engineering at COPPE-UFRJ, Master's Degree in Production Engineering (COPPE - UFRJ). She is currently professor at Creative Media Master's Degree Program (PPGMC-ECO/UFRJ) where supervises and develops researches about  XR contents, 360º videos, immersive narratives since 2017 and she is a founding member of the XRBR Association since 2018. 

Bea Costa

Active in the areas of design, digital communication and marketing for over 10 years. Researcher in the areas of marketing and technology, in addition to graphic memory. Master in design from the School of Fine Arts of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a degree in design, specialization in publishing and digital communication and technique in audiovisual production. I have worked in several companies and public institutions such as the Municipal Theater of Rio de Janeiro, National Library Foundation, preparing visual pieces and conducting events, as well as producing books and catalogs, exhibitions and shows. I have extensive experience in visual identity, branding and the entire production process.
I have work abroad in countries such as: Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Hawaii among others. As a hobby, I like to illustrate and produce products through new ideas and techniques.
